Below is an overview of acceptable formats for dates, tax codes, and other data types when importing into Autymate | Transactions.

Date Format

The default date format is dd-MM-yyyy (e.g. 11-05-2019). You can specify a different date format via Import Setting once you upload your file. 

Time Format

The time format is HH:MM (e.g. "02:31", "14:58")

Boolean Value Format

Fields requiring a true/false value accept the following case-insensitive formats:

• TRUE/FALSE
• YES/NO
• 1/0
• T/F

US Sales Tax Code Reference Format

Tax code field values accept the following case-insensitive formats:

• State Full Name (e.g. "New York", "California")
• State Abbreviated (e.g. "NY", "CA")
