There are a few things that might be happening. These are the possible issues:
- You’re using the wrong email address.
- You forgot your password.
- Your user or account was deactivated.
The following are four steps you can take to troubleshoot.
Solution: Try logging in with other email addresses you might have used. We’ve all forgotten our logins now and then. It might be as simple as that! If you have multiple email addresses redirecting to one inbox, be sure to try each of those email addresses.
Solution: Click the Forgot password? link to start the password reset process. For more details on resetting your password, click here.
In that case, you may see a red banner at the top of your screen with the message: User is inactive. Please contact your account admin Solution:** If you see either of these messages, you must contact your account admin for assistance. If your user was deactivated, any admin on the account can reactivate you. If your account was closed, only an admin can reopen the account.
