I am a multi-store owner (MCO). I manage multiple QuickBooks Desktop files for my stores from my laptop or PC. How do I set up Autymate to integrate all my stores from one PC?
Please set up all the stores in the web app by following the QRG. Once you have configured your first store and are on the Autymate Integration Desktop App, select the store dropdown at the top and select the new store you want to set up. Then go through the steps to configure your QuickBooks Desktop File location as you did. You can monitor each store in the future from the dropdown.
