My QB keeps freezing, when I set this up. I can’t do anything in the program right now. What do you do if QuickBooks Desktop is Freezing?
You will need to close QuickBooks from the Task manager forcefully.
Here are the steps:
Right-click the taskbar and select Start Task Manager.
Go to the Processes tab and click the Image Name tab.
Select the QuickBooks processes one by one and clicks End process.
Make sure only QuickBooks processes are ended, and then close the Task Manager.
Exit out of SmartVault from the system tray.
