How do you refresh the browser if you are having a possible browser caching issue?

Hit Control+Shift +N, go to the page and let me know if this works.
Or you can hard refresh Google Chrome on Windows; there are two ways you can do it:

Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
