How to send logs from the Autymate Desktop App for support?
If you run into an issue connecting to QuickBooks Desktop, you may have support ask you to send the logs so we can look into it.
This is easy. You can create a support ticket from the main dashboard. To do this, hit the button Create Support Ticket and provide a description of the issue and your best email address to reach you. This will create a ticket for us to support you.
You will find the button on the lower right of this screen.
