We take your feedback seriously, and it means a lot to us. When we release features, we want to be sure we not only do it fast but in the best way possible so that it meets all our users' needs. We do our best to implement features, but there are a few variables to consider; for example, will this help all of our users and their pain points? Is this relatively easy to implement or more complex (from the developer's side of things)?
So how can you help us? First, we want to hear everything to fully understand your and your team's workflow.
Tell us your use case. How do you and your team already use autymate.com? Be specific, if possible, to give us the complete picture.
Frame the feature request/feedback in context with your pain point and what you want to achieve. The better we can understand how it fits into your workflow, the easier it is for us to prioritize in our Voice of the Customer process.
Help us understand this impact on your team; is this a critical impact affecting your team's productivity? Is this causing roadblocks in adopting autymate.com as your primary accounting automation tool?
List any workarounds you may have tried and to what degree this solves the issue for you.
We will then categorize and prioritize this as much as possible to implement it into our product roadmap! We're also considering implementing a voting process so you can have even more control and make a more significant impact with us.
