How should I request support on a Desktop issue with an Auty-mation?

Answer

To create a support request about an Autymate, follow these steps:

1. Click Submit Support Request to open the popup to submit
2. In the pop-up, enter the following details the email address you want us to respond to about your request, the issue you are having in one sentence, and finally, how we can help you, including steps to reproduce. Then click Submit.
3. After hitting submit, a support ticket is created with the logs we need to troubleshoot your issue, and we will get back to you via the email provided.
