I have upgraded to QuickBooks Desktop 2022 and have already installed autymate. How should I upgrade to the new version with the Autymate Desktop app?

You will need to uninstall and reinstall the service using the x64 version. Why? QBD 2022 requires a 64-bit version of the App, and the previous versions of QBD were 32-bit.
