Yes, please set up all the stores in the web app by following the . Select the next store from the dropdown once you have configured your first store and are in the Autymate Integration Desktop App. Then repeat the same steps for other stores to configure the file path of QBD. You can also monitor each store in the app Dashboard by changing the dropdown.
