How often and when does Autymate run the automation?

Answer

Autymate runs transactions daily once the books have been closed. We’ve made a smart, intelligent interface that lets you sync data daily without checking for errors and discrepancies. We even provide you with solutions if you encounter issues with your data.

Autymate typically processes the previous day’s transactions after 5:00 AM PST. The goal is to have everything processed for review before 9:00 AM PST so you can review. However, sometimes there are delays from the system of record (i.e., Point of Sale System).

For redundancy we try to run the previous day’s files, and all the files that were reported by your Franchise or ISV we could not obtain two times a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

Typical Schedule

• 7:00 AM CST: Get all the previous day’s data
• 7:50 AM CST: Get the data that failed the previous day
• 11:00 PM CST: Get all files that failed

• 7:20 AM CST Run data
• 8:10 AM CST Run data
• 1:20 AM CST Run data
