I want to ensure that when I initially connect to QuickBooks, Autymate will not import data that has already been imported? How do I make sure that this DOES NOT happen?

Answer

We load the previous day each day. So you can manually import from FRS by downloading the dates you want and uploading them. You will find the guide articles on how to do this in the HUB QRG for the Report Portal. But in a nutshell, we always load the previous day’s transactions, so if you wait one day before setting up Autymate without loading records, you will not have an issue.
