Went to the portal and the entire page was blank? What do I do?

Answer

Hit Control+Shift +N, go to the page and let me know if this works.

Or you can hard refresh Google Chrome on Windows, there are two ways you can do it:

1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
